In the current status of recurrent infections and agressive germs, this honey soothers with lemon flavor are excellent to break a sore throat early before a bad infection is progressed. I use them every night so I can wake up with a clear chest and clear voice. highly recommended either as a prophylaxix of sore throat or if cough is present it eases the dryness and pain.

Though a bit pricey I love these because they are completely natural and chemical free. Yes, I taste lemon, yes I taste honey, but I was pleasantly surprised by the soothing hint of mint the menthol provides. Lovely. If you are decided whether you want the Immunity formula I suggest you get these instead. All their products are well made but I'm not crazy about the taste in the purple labeled Immunity Cough Soothers. One more thing, the package is super cute but a little confusing. Look for the word "OPEN" so you don't break up the wrong side as I did!

These have a very pleasant flavor, but I’m not sure they’re much more effective than your run-of-the-mill regular cough drops. For me, though, the selling point was the simple ingredient list — especially the real honey, versus a mixture of honey and rice syrup and/or corn syrup (etc). Honey has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory (and possibly anti-viral) properties.
