I do feel it is a hybrid between an emulsion/serum and a toner, it is so so moisturising. I love it. I like this but I’m unsure if it’s doing much to my skin. I haven’t felt a change in my skin but I do like the feel when I first put it on. It doesn’t leave you feeling super tight or sticky. It’s quite big as well so you get bang for your buck on size. It’s easy to use and it doesn’t leak so the packaging it quite good.
