The product has no scent l that I can detect using it. It is just the right consistency, as it isn't runny at all, but spreads really well. The jar is great as it keeps the remaining product free from being touched, as well as from being exposed, as well as dispenses the right amount for use. I haven't been using it long enough to tell a huge difference with aging, but it has smoothed my skin. it doesn't irritate my skin even slightly, and my skin is pretty sensitive.
