I recently received this and wanted to leave a review because I tried a different product with glucomannan but it was not the Luralean type. That previous product gave me so much stomach pain even taken as directed, and I ended up throwing them away. I was hesitant to try these but I am so happy I did - they promote a fullness feeling with no bloating or stomach cramps. I have ordered sodium butyrate to combine with these and I expect I will have great results. I love iherb! I am in Canada and it is hard to find some products here; but they are always on iherb. ***update-I have ordered a second bottle of this and it is amazing when combined with sodium butyrate and phenylalanine(in my experience).
