It works!

What most collagen products won't tell you, is that once they reach your stomach, the collagen is broken down into aminoacids, which are then distributed wherever the body most needs protein. Add to this that sometimes the collagen's origin is questionable, I decided long ago that I would choose the path of helping my body build its own collagen rather, than consuming the collagen found in another being. I chose Biosil drops cause I do not want to consume capsules made of HPMC. Its composition works! You will need to be consistent, but you will start seeing its benefits within a few weeks. The taste is slightly unpleasant, but a citrus based drink greatly helps. I had no adverse symptoms while consuming it, like it happened with other supplements I have tried. The package lasts a while, making it rather economical. The size of the bottle is brilliant, and it takes no space in my lunch thermo bag. This is a quality product, with ingredients that actually bring results.

Helpful only for people with Choline deficiency

The one beauty blogger was recommending this product a lot few months ago. She was extremely happy with some improvements of her skin on the face, reduction of wrinkles and other benefits. I decided to try it too after the collagen course. The company claims reduced fine lines and wrinkles, thick and strong hair and nails and etc. After few months of taking BioSil I got none of these benefits. The main component of this product is Choline (36% of daily value), that helps in production of collagen in your body. But if you getting enough Choline with foods on the regular basis, BioSil won't help you. The good sources of Choline, as per dietitians, are egg yolks, organ meats, spinach, nuts and wheat germ. I guess the beauty blogger might have some Choline deficiency if she noticed such a huge difference with her skin, but I don't. I ordered this product in drops, but it's available in capsules too. Liquid BioSil twice cheaper. Yes, it has a bitter taste, but it doesn't bother me, everything is up to your preference. I think this product might be beneficial for people who have Choline deficiency.
