I'm a huge fan of Celestial Seasonings teas. I know I can always rely on their quality and taste. I'm not sure if it reduces my stress or not, but the lemon chamomile tea blend tastes very nice and chamomile has relaxing benefits. Since it's caffeine-free, I can drink it before bed and still be able to sleep well. The lemon adds a very light refreshing taste. It's especially good with a splash of honey.
