My lovely trusted brand now gave a berberine, and of course, i want it .As usual, it's great, effective, and fast. Usually, to do not let my blood sugar spike, i was taking 1000 mg of normal berberine 20-30 minutes before my meals like rice with chicken ( arabic stile). If i was forgetting about berberine, then right after the meal, i was feeling too lazy, heavy, and like tired .
