In a study published in Natural Society of 4,203 people with a mean follow up of 10 years, serum magnesium levels were studied as a predictor of cardiovascular death, and mortality in general. Those with higher magnesium levels had a reduction in mortality rates by over 85% in all-cause deaths, and of around 55% in cardiovascular deaths! For me, daily magnesium supplementation is essential. Without it I suffer muscle cramps and anxiety. With it I am much more relaxed, and my sleep is OFF THE CHARTS!
