So I bought this for the first time to help with losing fat and energy supply .I like the fact that it has good levels of vit B6 and B1in it which is needed for energy .I take 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch and I have noticed it seems to control my hunger levels also .The othet ingredients are Green Tea extract and caffeine which help with thermogenic fat burning .Overall good quality gluten free supplement .I found the size of the supplement a bit hard to swallow as it has a funny taste so make sure it is taken with a big glass of water .The composition also has CLA in it (conjugated linoleum acid)and choline .So overall combine with a fitness regimen of a workout and good nutrition .u get good results !
