Review: I’ve tried Herbs Etc. Loviral, and it’s quite a unique herbal formula — more of a targeted immune/respiratory support supplement rather than a daily multivitamin. 👍 Size 60 softgels (60 servings) Suggested use is 1 softgel every 2–3 hours, especially during illness So while it looks like a 2-month supply, in reality it can be used up quite quickly if taken frequently during colds/flu. Softgels are small and easy to take. 👍 Quality This is where it stands out — very herb-heavy, traditional formula: Key herbs: Lomatium, Pelargonium (Umckaloabo), Osha Also includes: elderberry, andrographis, echinacea, licorice, yarrow, honeysuckle These are commonly used for: Immune defense Respiratory support Cold/flu recovery Other quality points: Liquid extract in softgel → potentially better absorption Gluten-free, no artificial preservatives Long-standing herbal brand (since 1969) 💡 Note: It uses a proprietary blend (~400 mg), so individual herb dosages aren’t disclosed. 👍 Cost Around ~$30–$34 for 60 softgels Roughly $0.50–$0.57 per softgel 💡 Cost depends heavily on usage: Occasional use → reasonable Frequent dosing → can become expensive 💡 Overall experience This feels more like a “when you’re getting sick” supplement rather than daily maintenance. From user feedback: “good quality herbs… helps for colds” Some users also mention needing higher or more frequent doses during illness for noticeable effects. ⚠️ Cons Frequent dosing (every 2–3 hours) is inconvenient Proprietary blend (less transparency) Can get expensive if used intensively Not suitable for pregnancy / possible allergy reactions ✅ Overall A potent, traditional herbal immune formula with strong respiratory support ingredients. Best used as a short-term immune booster during colds, rather than an everyday supplement 👍
