The quality of the ingredients looked promising, so I bought these. They are a bit big in size. But that can be managed. These can be crushed and used. However, the smell is really bad. Usually, multivitamins smell, but their smell is stronger. The taste is bad too. But if you can get over that, the ingredients are better.
