I eat healthy, that is the bottom line. I am also gluten free. These lightly salted thin stackers are great with almond butter, or avocado and cheese, really they are great with everything. They are not messy like the fat rice cakes and I personally like the lightly salted varieties. I like the Lundberg family of products, I trust the quality.

Once you try the quality of Lundberg it is hard to try other brands for other stackers. Not only it is so fragrant but also the flavor is very “full” and compared to other rice cakes at least you do not feel like you are eating just a crunchy nothing ! A must try in all its available flavors
