It taste a little bit more sour than your normal whole goat's milk, but I know the added probiotic benefit of any thing fermented is so good for the gut microbiome. The ingredients has met my organic standards such as no hormones, grass fed, none GMO, etc. I just wish the they sell this in a bigger size since I do consume a lot of it.
