I’m okay with these pills, but it’s better to take 1 pill per day, as because of large amounts of vitamin B12 I feel over-agitated. Size of the pill is easy to swallow, no taste, better to take after the food. After 3-months course I had black stains on my teeth, so-called iron teeth, just keep in mind not to take too long. My iron level increased. Actually I was taking 1 pill of Hema-Plex and 1 pill of Sorbifer Durules (non-iHerb tab) per day.
