In combination with NAC, and an extra dose of phenylalanine, this product is great. Of course, you might not see much of a difference if you aren't prioritizing sleep and quality nutrition. If your sleep is poor and your diet is poor, fix those first before trying this, but if you get good sleep and eat quality meals and not junk, you'll get a lot out of his product, and not to mention that the price is right when compared to other formulas.
