There is no added creatine, which is great as I’m already taking it. Plus it has large amounts of other proven compounds to help me go heavy and hard. honestly, this is a good quality pre workout, but I think the caffeine content is too much for my liking. I thought I can handle 300mgs but it just makes me too anxious and nervous while in the gym, not a good feeling, but weights feel lighter though and the focus is on point. I wish they had the nitrosigine in the non stim version since that's my favorite pre workout, better than this one.
