I just found out about cinnamon and how it helps your blood sugar. Well after Xmas I thought I better step up my game on that! It was hard to choose a brand vs price but I went with Solgar because of its quality and glass jar metal cap for protecting supplements constituents. This (ingredients) is simply cinnamon which helps to lower blood sugar levels according to some sources. Size is medium. I can always reuse jar.
