I always get this bitter melon for my dad, who is diabetic. the quality is good and he hasn't complained about any side effects. stomach friendly, the size is okay, he started with one a day but go based on a medical profession, dosage is friendly also. it really helps manage his diabetes and doesn't have any strange or awful taste.

Effective Supplement for Blood Sugar Support
Verified purchase
I’ve been using Source Naturals Bitter Melon, and I’m really pleased with the results. The 60 capsules are a convenient size, and they help support healthy blood sugar levels. I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy and feel more balanced throughout the day. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that this supplement is made with natural ingredients. While the taste of bitter melon isn’t very noticeable in capsule form, I know it’s providing great benefits. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a natural way to support their blood sugar levels. However, do your research too and try to get more information as you're needed, consult your doctor would be a great idea too.

Add-on support for blood sugar
Verified purchase
First time trying this brand, I bought this to manage my blood glucose level. This brand always offers excellent quality and ingredients. The size of the is pretty large, easy to swallow with water. It doesn't have any peculiar bitter taste as they are encapsulated. I don't take this everyday unless I have a tea time sneak or supper, usually take 1 pill before a meal. I still take my diabetes medication as usual. After a month of taking this as an add-on supplement, I can feel the benefits that my blood sugar is still within normal range .I have to monitor my blood sugar level and update again.

I have PCOS and because of that I have some issues with blood sugar regulation. After reading online that bitter melon can help stabalize blood sugar I decided to give it a go. I do find that I feel less like my blood sugar spikes when I take bitter melon.

I take this to help with sugar levels
Verified purchase
This is part of a a few supplements to help manage sugar levels. I take this along with Berberine. Typically I will take a supplement for 4 months (cycle ‘on’) and then take a break for 2 months (cycle ‘off’). Helps give the body / liver a break. I do want to be clear - this isn’t intended to enable poor diet and eating habits. This is to supplement healthy habits.
