Im writing my review after 12 years of using it . i was using it aince i was 35 years now im 47. its an amazing product from all aspect for daily use. i was taking only one tablet a day, and it was enough to give me all what i need at work or the gym. But what puch me to leave a review now is something was not mentioned anywhere on the product or the reviews. ita about the amazing effect of this product on the eyes untill now im not using reading glasses. and i noticed it one i was off from the vitamin for a month i started having issues and i even bought a reading glasses, and once i started taking the vitamin again agter one week i get rid of the reading glasses. that was 3 years back. again no i was off from the vitamin for a monthe and again i got a new reading glasses ,the funny part os the after using the vitamin again for a week i didn't need this glasses and it was expensive progressing cost me a 1500 us dollars. its amazing and really making a big change on my eyes hope it will do for all of you. note : im talking about the reading powe only.which is related to the age. hope it will be helpful 🙏
