Resveratrol is known for its antioxidant properties, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my overall health and energy levels. Each tablet contains 200 mg, which is a good dose for daily support, and the tablets are easy to swallow. I also appreciate that this product comes in a bottle of 60, which is a great value for the price. Since starting this supplement, I feel more energetic, and I’ve noticed my skin looks better and more youthful. I also trust Source Naturals as a brand for high-quality supplements, and this one doesn’t disappoint. Shipping from iHerb was quick, and the product arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend Source Naturals Resveratrol to anyone looking for a reliable antioxidant to support overall health, heart health, or anti-aging benefits.

You have to take them as soon as you put them on your mouth, otherwise you will taste the bitterness of the medication when it resolves on you tongue. I have taken this for a month as part of the supplements for my IVF. I stopped taken after egg collection and now I am 6 weeks pregnant!!

antioxidant to support older adults
Verified purchase
I'm buying a supplement for my elderly parents to reduce overall underlying inflammation in the body. Resveratrol is a natural compound (polyphenol) found in red grape skins, red wine, blueberries, peanuts, and some other plants. It's known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Increased Energy

The Resveratrol is helping me as part of a Program for energy support. I am 62 and working full manual work running our export fruit production. I can feel the improvement in the hours I can work and the ability to keep up a steady pace of work - at the moment I am pruning which is physical but not heavy work.

good product. I've added resveratrol to my daily routine, and I can truly feel the difference. It gives me more energy, and my skin looks healthier. Knowing that it's a strong antioxidant and supports heart health makes it an essential part of my wellness regimen. Great supplement for anyone focused on healthy aging and overall vitality!

The Resveratrol brand with high CP
Verified purchase
I bought this brand and the other brand (resveratrol ). Most of the time I will choose this brand because the price is good. Same portion as many other brands but this one is cheaper and I can feel it works well.

I take this in the morning and feel good about the long-term benefits. It’s hard to measure exactly, but it seems to help with overall energy and clarity. No side effects, and the tablets are a manageable size. Feels like a smart addition to my routine.
