A hate typing out these reviews...after trying the Super Beta and other top shelf Prostrate Supplements with no relief at all I stumbled across UltraLife here on Amazon. So being very skeptical as this peeing problem up to 4 wake ups a nightmare! Finally I am down to two wake up calls sometimes just one! I haven't changed and drinking habits mind you but I use three of these a day and sleep well into the night.
