The herbs in these patches are supposedly great for helping with stress. I tried it for a recent exam and I feel it helped. The patch itself is tinted (not quite flesh toned but very close). I don't understand the technology behind it but I feel it will help me with a big upcoming trip until.I can take actual herbs. The box is very light and easy to transport. I like that there is a week's worth in each box. I feel the price is quite high, but prepared to see how my body responds to them.

Have tried one patch for a full day so far, and it was difficult to keep on all day. Any amount of perspiration/moisture will make this come off. As for the benefits. I can't quite tell if it relaxed me throughout the day. I was more worried about trying to keep it on. Will have to try again for a few more days. Size is larger than expected but blends in with skin tone so not super obvious when on.
