I am so glad I was able to try this product. Some people do better with this product while others (such as myself) do better with folinic acid. You do have to pretty much just try both in order to know. I am so glad that iherb offers both. Shipping was extremely fast and the delivery people are always so much better than UPS, Fedex, etc. Thorne is extremely high quality. The ingredients are top notch and since I know the ingredients were top, I am able to rule this product out (for me). Size was very small. Thank you!
