I have IBS and am always on the lookout for something to help. And natural helpers are even better. I was skeptical of these, but they are fantastic!
I experience frequent stomach upset after eating even the most benign foods. Each time I eat one of these drops when I'm feeling unwell after a meal, there is nearly immediate relief. By the time I have finished sucking on the lozenge, I can feel it working. I am truly amazed. I have tried so many natural remedies and these have done more than anything else.
They have helped me with indigestion, excessive gurgling/rumbling, gas, and that general unwell feeling after eating too much or eating the wrong thing.
I take a prescription medication for my IBS, but it doesn't always work. I carefully watch what I eat. I've tried numerous kinds of probiotics, supplements, kept a food journal, adhered to the FODMAP diet, even used apps to track what I ate and my symptoms. But my digestive system is still a mess....and these help! As someone who seriously suffers from digestive issues, I HIGHLY recommend these.
As far as flavor, they're not bad. Mostly I taste honey and a little mint. Very sweet. They are individually wrapped so I can take some with me if I want which is handy. They do not have Stevia, thank goodness, because that makes IBS worse!
These are not miracle workers but they make a noticeable difference in my symptoms when they're flaring up. They are worth every penny and I do not want to run out.
