I used it for cooking chops - the crust turned out just fabulous, it smelled so fragrant of thyme (thyme). For those who love thyme, this is just a godsend. Ingredients: Sugar, sea salt, brown sugar, dry honey powder (refined syrup, honey, maltodextrin), sun dried tomatoes, dried onion and garlic, spices (including thyme, black pepper and rosemary), cornstarch, lemon juice powder (corn syrup , lemon juice and lemon oil), parsley, natural flavor and calcium silicate (prevents caking). I marinated nutria meat in it, and then baked it on a wire rack - super. I added a little salt when cooking - not enough salt for me. But this is only a plus. I cooked my favorite knuckle stuffed with garlic, rolled in salt, and added this seasoning to the broth for cooking to fresh onions and garlic, and then baked it with mustard and honey - everyone liked it. I also like to marinate bacon with this seasoning, it's just magical, try it))) Taste - a little sweet, not spicy, who likes spicy - you will need to add pepper to taste.
